Finally stepped into the world of CNC. Both of my boys are engineering majors and they seem interested. As for me I think Its a good fit for their education. Long time wood worker but have always liked Technology.

That sounds like you set a safe position. On the controller. Do you remember setting a G28.1. I just used this to set an address where my machine would raise the spindle and place it centered left...

Please post when this is resolved... I'm curious How long support takes in cases like this. New to the software and haven't gotten far enough to need them but looking for how complete this package ...
