Why the automatic billing after free trial- DID NOT AUTHORIZE!
I think I signed up for a free trial period 30 days ago but I quickly realized after 2 or 3 days that I did not like the software at all. I never used it after that. Now I see today they billed me for their $15 monthly charge as if I want to be a customer. I did not authorize this charge and I highly resent this way of doing business.
Why not notify me that the "trial period is up and $15 will required to continue use?".
This is a scammy way to extract money- should be illegal.

Not wishing to anger you more, but it is worth your time to read contracts before you enter into an agreement, I believe everything was stated in your downloading, installing of the program.

Well, a FAQ I read said they would notify me 3 days in advance of the monthly billing- didn't happen.
Did you check your trash, I found some of my sons emails in my trash.
I've used this stuff since 2008 (checked yesterday) when ever I contacted support they were always helpful, even when I screwed up big time. If you are worried about the $15 contact support, they are fantastic people, in the last 2/3 years I have had a hard drive go out, had windows change thing (ticked me off big time bad, they added another user without my knowledge my new ssd was filling up, didn't know that is where everything was installed found out after I deleted it then I couldn't use carveco, I've had a power-supply get toasted in my primary modeling station and I didn't contact them until I needed some things fixed, was informed that my window 7 still had carveco on it (I said some words, I had forgotten the instructions, but Dillon walked me through what was needed) so when I say contact them they are fantastic people, they are and have always been, just like the software they sell, where else could you find anything that is so easy and a joy to use. You may not think it but I know it is. I could show you a lot of what I have done, don't know if you'd be impressed but every time I use it I am
