Well, a FAQ I read said they would notify me 3 days in advance of the monthly billing- didn't happen.

I think I signed up for a free trial period 30 days ago but I quickly realized after 2 or 3 days that I did not like the software at all. I never used it after that. Now I see today they billed me...
