Tolerance issues with relief carve
I have seen this question asked several times, but have not seen an actual answer. I generally hate to ask another question but there is absolutely no helpful information on the threads that are similar.
I am trying to do a relief carve with a relief from your library, but continue to get a tolerance error message.

Lori,
I think I answered your question on the previous post.
But just a question (if you don't mind) Have you tried to mill, or run a toolpath on a model size of 5.5 by 5.5 inches and do the whole relief after you run into this problem? (try it, if you get the same issue then in the lower rt corner of this page is a question mark with the word Support, to do a live chat with support (they are great people, give it a try) I assume you are doing a machine relief toolpath, if you were doing a profile and you only had 4 nodes within the vector then there might be a problem.

Hi Lori Korzen,
Please watch both of the following demonstration videos available from our Carveco Training portal:
Please capture and share screenshots of your toolpath settings when replying in this discussion, else we cannot investigate your reported toolpath calculation issue. If you're not familiar with capturing screenshots, please review the following Microsoft support article: Use Snipping Tool to capture screenshots
In addition, please share your Carveco Model file (.art) here by uploading it through the free WeTransfer service using its Get transfer link option, and then posting the generated link here as part of your reply. You don't need to create an account with WeTransfer to generate links to uploaded files.
Finally, please read the following knowledge base article which explains how to submit a Support Request, which is what the majority of our customers do: How do I contact support? You would not have received a response from our Support Desk yesterday (May 27th 2024), as it was a federal holiday in the United States and a public holiday in the United Kingdom.
Thanks again for your time and cooperation.
