Help us Help you!

To enable our support team to be more effective, please provide as much information as you can in your request. The more you can describe an issue to us at the start, the less time it will take our support team to resolve.

Summarize the Problem:

  • Give a concise description of the error or issue you are experiencing.
  • Include any specific error messages or codes, if shown.
  • Screenshots are also very effective in communicating an issue. These can be attached to the request when submitting.

When and Where It Occurs:

  • Note the exact step(s) at which the issue occurs: for example, “when importing a 3D model,” “while generating a toolpath,” or “right after launching the software.”
  • Mention if the issue happens consistently or sporadically.

Actions You’ve Already Tried:

  • Did you restart your computer or reinstall the software?
  • Have you tried using a different project file or tool library?
  • Mention any changes you’ve made in the software settings or in your hardware setup.

Include Relevant Context:

  • Did you recently update Carveco or install any new software/drivers on your computer?
  • Did you make any changes to the design files, settings, or tool libraries right before the error started?
  • Are you working with 3rd party files (models from Etsy or similar?) or create the project yourself?
  • Are you running Carveco in a virtual machine such as Parallel's?
