Carveco Tutorial: Cancelling Your Subscription

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to cancel your subscription to Carveco’s software through your Carveco Account.

🔹 Step-by-Step: Cancel Your Subscription

  • Visit account.carveco.com and log in using your email and password.
  • Once logged in, navigate to the 'Orders' tab on the left-hand side menu.
  • Find your active subscription and click the 'Manage' button.
  • Click 'Cancel Subscription'. Note: This action is permanent — you cannot resume the same subscription once cancelled.

🔹 Choose When to Cancel

  • Cancel Immediately: Ends your access right away.
  • Cancel at End of Term: Keeps your access active until the current subscription period ends.
  • Select your preferred option and click 'Yes' to confirm.

🔹 Confirmation and Status

  • You'll receive a confirmation popup once cancellation is successful.
  • Returning to the Orders page, your software status will update.
  • If you chose to cancel at the end of the term, the status will show: Pending Cancellation.

✔️ Key Reminders

  • Cancelling a subscription is permanent and cannot be reversed.
  • To keep flexibility, consider turning off Auto Renew instead.
  • You’ll receive a notification confirming the cancellation along with updated account status.
