Carveco Tutorial: Cancelling Your Subscription
In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to cancel your subscription to Carveco’s software through your Carveco Account.
🔹 Step-by-Step: Cancel Your Subscription
- Visit account.carveco.com and log in using your email and password.
- Once logged in, navigate to the 'Orders' tab on the left-hand side menu.
- Find your active subscription and click the 'Manage' button.
- Click 'Cancel Subscription'. Note: This action is permanent — you cannot resume the same subscription once cancelled.
🔹 Choose When to Cancel
- Cancel Immediately: Ends your access right away.
- Cancel at End of Term: Keeps your access active until the current subscription period ends.
- Select your preferred option and click 'Yes' to confirm.
🔹 Confirmation and Status
- You'll receive a confirmation popup once cancellation is successful.
- Returning to the Orders page, your software status will update.
- If you chose to cancel at the end of the term, the status will show: Pending Cancellation.
✔️ Key Reminders
- Cancelling a subscription is permanent and cannot be reversed.
- To keep flexibility, consider turning off Auto Renew instead.
- You’ll receive a notification confirming the cancellation along with updated account status.
