Carveco Tutorial: Cancel or Manage Your Subscription

This tutorial walks you through how to turn off auto-renew or cancel your Carveco software subscription.

🔹 Logging Into Your Carveco Account

• Go to account.carveco.com.
• Log in with your Carveco credentials.

🔹 Turning Off Auto Renew

• Click Orders from the left-hand menu.
• Click Manage on your active subscription.
• Find the Auto Renew toggle and click to disable it.
• When the toggle turns grey, auto-renew is off. You can turn it back on anytime before your subscription ends.
• Reminder emails will be sent close to your renewal date.

🔹 Canceling Your Subscription

• Click Cancel Subscription.
• Note: Cancelling is permanent and cannot be reversed like Auto Renew.
• Choose from two cancellation options:
  • Cancel Immediately – Ends access right away.
  • Cancel At End of Term – Access remains until your subscription expires.
• Click Yes to confirm.
• A popup will confirm your cancellation and the status will update on your account.
• If you chose "Cancel At End of Term," the status will display Pending Cancellation.
