What’s Happening?
This error suggests that the licence key you have entered is incorrect and does not match the licence key we have on our records.
Known Issue - Incorrect License Key Generation
We are aware of an issue where incorrect licence keys have been generated for some subscription customers and included in recurring order emails. With this error typically occurring when this incorrect key is then used when installing and activating the software on a new device. Use an Earlier Key: If available, please try using an earlier license key, preferably your first emailed licence key, as this is likely the correct one. The license key should not change during the life of an active subscription.
