Mike, If you can afford the space always use the smallest tolerances, the smaller the point is the closer the bit will follow the line. Have you tried the toolpaths again yet? Is it better? mike

Mike, Fyi, for me I use a tolerance in my toolpaths of .001 you use one of .01, I don't know if that would help improve your situation but you could give it a try. mike

You want to go straight to the finish machine toolpath? Then do it, don't make a roughing toolpath. mike
