Convert PNG to a simple Vector file
I can't seem to make a vector file from a simple PNG file. Basically it is a 13 X 13 grid with numbers to form a multiplication table.
When I try, it is a mess and would take days to clean it up. The png file is very simple nothing special.
If I could upload the png file I would for you to see.

Oh.. sorry, was looking... so here it is. I can laser burn it perfectly.
Your best result will come from using the Text tool and creating the text as a vector, then use the polyline tool to create the grid. This should take 10-15 min tops. The more you do this stuff, the faster and betteryou get.
Using any kind of bitmap to vector utility will result in less than ideal vectors. As a professional, I almost never use any of those utilities because they result in too much junk/noise & customers will never accept that - and it's not good enough for me to put my name on and say I did it...Garbage in, garbage out as they say.
Rightly said Brady, I don't understand why everyone want something else to do the simple things like drawing lines, or in this case open the text tool, copy, open transform tool move it down or turn it 90 degrees. It's all mundane, boring if you think it that way, but if you think it like I can do something clean and good, nothing is mundane and everything comes out clean and neat. I was going to offer a video on how to do it, but you clarified it so well.

Well that sounds like it is easy then.
Then I can re size it to fit what ever.
I want to make it as an indestructable table for the grandkids..lol
Sometimes the simple things seem hard.... I'll give that a try... the harder carves were easy for me... go figure.
