no clipart icon

I don't know what I did but there is no clipart icon on the screen and no library, How do I make the icon and the library return

You can try to reinstall the latest patch.

Hi Don,

Please select the Window > Reset Workspace menu option in your Carveco Maker software, click Yes in the two subsequent message boxes displayed, and confirm whether this resolves your reported issue with accessing the File toolbar's Relief Clipart Library button.

Please note that you can also select the Relief > Clipart Library menu option to display the Relief Clipart Library panel.
