Browser based model viewer

I would like to see a browser based viewer so that customers and machine operators can see what has been programmed and what the final product should look like.

Measuring features should be available as well has height analysis.

For the machine operators; Tools used and where those tools are used (like the simulation colouring) would be useful information.

For cutomers; A desent resolution 3d model with all the usual zoom, pan and rotate funtionality.

I would suggest that you could export a 3D view for the customers and a toolpath simulation for the machine operators. This is how you could distiguish what information to display, as our customers aren't interested in what tools we use so no point telling them also supplying too much information would just result in showing competitors how we do things. On that note the model should not be downloadable or accessable it any way which could result in someone else being able to benefit from the work we have put in.

We see this as something that would add value to internal operations, as well as providing a more comprehensive way to show the customer what they are going to get. So much of the work in Carveco is subjective, therefore being able to show people what they are going to get upfornt will help reduce remakes.
