Hi first time post!!!
my issue is when I save part which includes text in autocad LT the text doesn't come across when I open the part it in the carveco software.

How are you saving, format, how are you bringing it in, text, file, import, and one of the biggest, could you have done the work in Carveco???

What build of Carveco are you working in? To confirm this, select the Help > About Carveco menu option in your software. The Carveco 1.4 Update includes a fix to ensure annotations are retained when importing DWG files, as stated here.
