Number of permitted installs
I would like to request that the number of installs be increased to 3. Most users run a design computer in their office/home for nightly use, one in the workshop for daily use and a laptop for travel.
The 2-computer install limit under Autodesk and having to use a license transfer to the laptop every week or so became an absolute nightmare; even Vectric recognized this issue and use a 3-computer install limit.
Which also brings us to the question about license transfer: if it's not going to be an option with Carveco to use a 3-computer install, then what is the method of license transfer that will enable us to load onto our laptops for travel?

Second this request. 3 computers is reasonable for laptop/shop/home scenario!

Please, most people have at least 3 computers. Shop, office, on the go with the client, 3 installs should be available.
I agree to the 3 computer also.
Hah... didnt think of that one Derek with on the go with the client & laptop (which I don't have).
I have it at the CNC & shop office and it's not the most comfortable setup.
Besides, it's just me using it. Isn't there a way for them to know where it's used?
IP/MAC address etc that can be registered?
I would like to add my 2 cents worth to this also, since I will be travailing some to see my kids in other states, would be great to show my grandchildren what I am up too, sales point here

Its an added value to use a lap top, two locations is great! but, having the ability to be mobile is huge bonus! all bout time management these days. CNC cutting is like "fast food ordering today" 45 seconds to respond, pull up to the second window an pick up your order.
so I agree with 3, but I am thankful for 2
