Changing what is engraved
I've attached the picture I am working with. I converted it to a vector file. When I run the program the CNC carves out the blue areas to the depth I wanted and the white is level with the surface. What I want to do is reverse the v-carve to carve the white parts deep and the blue even with the top. Is this possible and if so how?

Have you tried to get a physical therapist that uses "Yoga", I know pinched nerves can do a job on you and totally incapacitate an individual, (not those space cadets on youtube) but someone who uses it (the stretches and exercises in it). The reason I state this is I have had my experiences with nerve damage and the back, I finally found one and I feel a lot better after over 7 years of focus just to breath. (only found her by accident).

I've attached the phot of what I did. I was using plywood was the base.
