subroutine wont load
I have a onefinity Journeyman elite masso. I used elite inches in post processing. When I try to load file on masso the masso wont load file and gives a small red error message saying subroutine file not found. Am I using the wrong post processing and why does it matter which I choose since all are .nc files?
Thanks in advance.

Jim,
I use a jump drive to bring my toolpaths to my router, the only time I've ever had a difficulty is when I chose the wrong control, it does happen.
Now I don't know anything of the onefinty, I don't know what the steps you take to save the files.
I save all my toolpaths in a file specified with the name of the file, the date, the thickness of the material and the name of the customer if I have one. if it's just a verification of the model I'm cutting out then it's just the name of the file.
Can you find the file on the design computer? Can you save it into a folder (forgot I do this too) so you can retrieve it, put it on a jump drive and plug that into the computer that runs your router?
Have you contacted Onefinity support? Is there some ground or other wire that's not making contact.
All possibilities to check.
mike
