Change the size of circles as a group

Lets say I have made 12 circles @ .500. How can I choose all 12 of them and change the size to .575.

Thanks

  • Hi Gerald,

I am almost sure that this is not possible. However, it'd be great if such a design feature would be available in future software improvements. Actually, it'd be even better if someone knows how to do this and share the tip! :)

  • High there Elina and Gerald,

When you get all of the circles together or really any large group and you want to enlarge them use the "Offset vector" tool if you want it outside, outward/right (larger) or Inward/left for smaller. The trouble with using this tool is you'll end up with a bazzzzzion nodes but it'll do the job.

Thanks you for both of your replies.

That is a great idea Mike, I will give it a try.

    Thanks

  • True, that would solve it (despite the nodes..). Thanks Mike!

  • Hello All,

That worked GREAT!!! Select all circles. Lets say they are .475 and you want them to be .500. Do the outside copy and put in .125 for the offset , and BANG... you have 50 .500 circles.

    Enjoy All
