    Please confirm exactly where you're attempting to reset your password from, preferably using a screenshot to illustrate. If you're not familiar with capturing screenshots, please review the following Microsoft support article: Use Snipping Tool to capture screenshots

    Please note that you do not have a Carveco account for the purposes of activating your Carveco Maker subscription license on a computer, as confirmed in the following knowledge base article available from our Help Centre: How do I activate my Carveco software?

    You must activate the Carveco Maker software you've installed on a computer using your registered email address together with your unique license key.

    You have commented on a topic which is entirely unrelated to deactivating your Carveco Maker subscription license on your computer. Fortunately, your reported issue has since been resolved on April 20th 2024 in Support Request #19087.
