You have a Carveco Account only if:
- you purchased a Carveco software license directly from a Carveco sales agent, sales partner or machine-tool partner on or after July 27th 2022; or
- your company buyer purchased a Carveco software license on or after July 27th 2022, then an Administrator created a User account on your behalf and invited you to set a password of your own.
Note
If you have purchased any subscription or perpetual Carveco product from our online store, you do not have a Carveco Account and you cannot create one. While you might have an online store account and/or a Help Centre account, they are not to be confused with a Carveco Account.
The email address and password registered against your Carveco Account are required to:
- access your Carveco account console; and
- activate a Carveco software license on a device.
If you've forgotten the password for your Carveco Account:
- Log in to your Carveco Account. The Log in prompt is displayed.
- Click Don't remember your password? The Reset your password prompt is displayed.
Tip
If you've remembered your password, click
in the top-left of the Reset your password prompt to return to the Log in prompt.
- Enter your registered email address. If you cannot remember your registered email address, contact your Carveco Account Administrator or contact us to request confirmation of it.
- Click Send Email. A password reset email is sent from welcome@carveco.com to your registered email address.
- If you don’t receive the email:
- Check your Spam or Junk Mail folders.
- Add welcome@carveco.com to your address book.
- Check all email addresses that you might have used to buy your Carveco software or to log in to your Carveco Account.
- From the password reset email, click Set your new password by clicking here. A Set your password prompt is displayed in a new browser tab.
- In the two boxes, specify a password that you haven't already used for your Carveco Account.
- Click the > icon to set your new password.
