Introducing the Carveco Account – A Simpler Way to Manage Your Software

We’re excited to announce the rollout of the Carveco Account, a custom-built platform designed to make managing your software easier than ever. With your Carveco Account, you’ll be able to access your software downloads, subscriptions, and purchases—all in one convenient place.

What’s Changing?

From mid-February 2025, all new purchases made through the Carveco website will be linked to a Carveco Account. This replaces the traditional method of license key based activation - with your software access and subscription management being handled with the same Carveco Account credentials.

One Carveco Account login to access both the platform (account.carveco.com) and activate your software.

This also applies to redemption codes supplied by our CNC partners, such as OneFinity, SainSmart, and others, making it even easier to activate and manage your Carveco software.

What About Existing Customers?

At present, most customers still use our legacy system with license keys and email authentication to activate their software. However, existing subscriptions and past purchases will continue to be managed through our Legacy Store platforms:

To make things clearer going forward, we’ll be introducing the term 'Legacy' to refer to:

• Legacy Customers – those who still use license keys for activation
• Legacy Store – where purchases made before mid-February 2025 are managed

If you’re an existing customer, there’s no immediate change to how you access your software or manage your subscription. The transition to a Carveco account will happen in stages, with minimal effort anticipated from customers when the time comes to migrate.

We’ll provide clear instructions and support to ensure a smooth transition, at the appropriate time.

What’s Next?

We’ll keep you updated as we expand access to the Carveco Account and transition customers over. If you’re purchasing Carveco software for the first time from mid-February 2025 onwards, you’ll be set up with a Carveco Account automatically.
