How do I add a User?

As an Administrator, you have access to the Carveco account console. Here, you can add Users to your account and grant them access to your licensed software and services. Additionally, you can share management of your account with trusted people by granting them Administrator privileges.

When adding a User, they are sent an email inviting them to create their own account and to set a password. Only when the User has accepted their invitation and set their password do they gain access to your licensed software and services.

To add a user:

      1. Sign in to your Carveco account console.
      2. From the sidebar menu, select Users. Your User Management controls are displayed.
      3. Click Create User. The Create User form is displayed.
      4. Enter the user's First Name, Last Name and Email Address.
      5. Assign a Role. Select:
        • User to grant a User access to your licensed Carveco software and services for themselves only.
        • Admin to grant a User access to your licensed Carveco software and services for themselves along with the ability to add further users.
      6. Click Create User. A User account pending activation is created and an invitation email is sent to the specified email address. The User's account status changes only when they have accepted their invitation and set their password.

  Note

The invitation email sent to a new User expires after twenty-one days. If the invitee does not accept and set their password, you must repeat the process to add them as a User.
