"Access Expired" issues when migrating to a Carveco Account

If you’ve received an invitation to transition to the new Carveco Account platform, and you're seeing a “link expired”, "Access Expired" or “invalid link” (or similar) message when clicking the email — don’t worry. This just means the activation link has timed out (usually after 21 days for security reasons).

The good news is: You don’t need a new invitation. You can still set up your account right now by resetting your password. This will generate a new, active link and allow you to continue with the account migration process.

How to Set Up Your Account (If Your Link Has Expired)

  1. Visit account.carveco.com
  2. Click the “Log In” button
  3. Then click “Don’t remember your password?” (beneath the login fields)
  4. Enter the email address we have on record for your account
(this will be the email address we sent the account invitation to)
  5. Submit the password reset request

Shortly afterwards, you’ll receive an email with a new link to set your password and activate your account.

Haven’t received the email after 10–15 minutes?
Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder — sometimes the message gets filtered by your email provider.

Why Am I Seeing This Error?

As part of our move away from old store, we’re inviting customers to activate a new Carveco Account to better manage their software purchases and subscriptions.

For security reasons, these invitation links automatically expire after a set time (typically 21 days). If that link isn’t used before it expires, it will no longer work.

The “Don’t remember your password?” option creates a fresh link and achieves the same result — activating your account and letting you log in.
