That looks great, Gary! Was it for an art installation, or something? I’m sure there are countless ways to do it without even going near the Panel Toolpaths tool.

Yeah, we used the term "Slot Drill" way back when I was a toolmaker. I agree, no one who has router uses the term "Slot Drill" nowadays.

Try setting your Tolerance back to 0.001" and they should go back to being smooth.
