Just a FYI........ this will not work using the finish toolpath, just roughing and profile, wish it would but then thats what the roughing toolpath is for.                mike

So are you using the machine selected vectors or are you machining the whole model? This, I take it is the simulation, right?? What have you chosen in your toolpaths (tolerances ect..) in your roug...
