Laser Engraving

Hi all fairly new user but many years of autocad under my belt, enjoying the Carveco Maker experience very logical I own a small workshop producing wooden items and use a Onefinity CNC with a water cooled spindle which i am having great success with.

I brought the optional 7W Jtech laser that mounts on the machine with a view to being able to laser personalised lettering and images into bespoke items. The go to laser software appears to be Lightburn which is fairly easy to use and i am having some success with

My question is can I draw up shapes or text in Carveco and export it as a tool path straight to the Onefinity or is Carveco unable to produce a tool path with laser control or do i need to draw up the vectors in Carveco and export them into Lightburn to produce the G code to run the Onefinity

I have tried looking online but cant find an answer apologies for the newbie question
