Sainsmart Handheld Controller
I have finally figured out way my handheld controller would not run on my 4030 machine. What fixed my issue was openning the code with note pad and deleting the first line of code which was "T1M6", next delete the empty line which moves all the code up one line and then resaving the file. Everything then operates the way it should. I hope this helps soneone else because this has been an issue for a long time until now.

What code are you talking about? I have one that worked, it fell the length of the cable and stopped working. At least I think when it stopped working. At the time I wasn't doing much on my CNC. Does the controller have to have the SD card in it to work, and it's reading a file off of it?
The controller will work without a card. But yes, to run files you need the card. I have not had any issues with the latest post processors. I work in mm in cast that matters.
