Creating my own tool, question about Relative Offset
Hello, I am creating my first roundover tool and was curious about the relative offset. 
I am using the Amana 49694 Plunging Roundover (49694 Carbide Tipped Plunging Round Over 1/8 Radius x 3/8 Dia x 1/2 x 1/4 Inch Shank (amanatool.com) )
My plan is to have this tool create a nice roundover around my project, but I would have to offset it so the tip is just outside the wood rather than actually plunging into it. Is this what the relative offset is? Or should I be doing that in the toolpath instead?
