milling upside pyramid

Hi

I want to mill an upside pyramid, meaning starting from square and as we go down it gets small

is there a way to create without starting to use offsets and different toolpath?

  • You want the how to in the full version of Carveco, OOOOps you have the Maker, I bad, was going to show you the steps of using Fade Relief.

Do you have the model?? If you do, is it already set the way you want? If it is, just run the Machine Relief toolpath.

Maybe the best question I should ask is "What do you have?"

  • This is more or less what I want to mill.

I can use of course 3d model to achieve it but I was wondering if Carveco Maker can do it with it's own tools

  • Hi Roni Segoly,

No Relief Creation tools are included in Carveco Maker, which is our entry-level product. There is a set of Relief Creation tools in Carveco Maker+, which includes the Shape Editor.

You can compare the different Carveco products on our company website: Product Comparison

Thanks for your time and consideration.

  • Roni,

Does the above photo answer your question??

I imported your stl model in maker and ran the Machine relief toolpath down in the 3d toolpaths. so the answer is yes.

I know I can do it as STL, I was looking into Maker features. So the only way I have is using STL
