Locked out of Maker+ after each Windows 10 update.

I use one laptop and a Surface Pro to control my cnc. Every time I have to update my Windows 10 ..... which I can only delay so long I get locked out of Maker+ saying Ive exceeded the amount of installations. I dont know this until I try to use my Maker+... Then I am at the mercy of support to answer. This is extremely frustrating. Does anyone have any tips to keep this from happening?????

  • In some cases, a Windows Update can result in a mismatch between your hardware and the information stored about your hardware in your Carveco software license. This does not happen often at all, as I'm sure other customers will confirm.

You now have two separate support requests (#1677 and #2137) documenting the full process necessary to rectify this issue. Therefore, if it happens again in the future, please refer to those instructions and provide us with the required information when submitting a new support request; this will accelerate the process towards a resolution. Please refer to the following knowledge base article on how to review each of your historical support requests: How can I view my support requests?

When contacting our Support team, please consider our business hours.

Thanks in advance for your time and cooperation.
