3D View Menu Functioning Differently

I used to always position my 3D View menu vertically to the right side of my screen since I use a graphics tablet and am right-handed. With the new update I can no longer do that!
If I was allowed to move icons off of that menu and onto my custom menu then it wouldn't be an issue but now I'll be forever looking for those icons in the wrong place. Please fix!
