  • Hi Evonne,

Please refer to the Release Notes on our company website; this should be reviewed at the time you install any Carveco software update.

From the Start page, select the Preview Features option, then select the Enable Feature check box in the 3D Viewer area. You can then export the view using the View > Export View menu option.

If you want to capture a screenshot of the view and save it as an image file, you can use the Snip & Sketch tool in Windows 10.

  • In the Export View menu the only option is a 3d pdf file whereas we used to be able to save a jpg or other "still" shots.  Are there any plans to put that back in since many of my customers seem unable to open and manipulate a 3d pdf.  Screenshots are an awkward way to save a jpg.

  • Don,

The file that I export comes out as an "HTML" document, double click it and it opens up in a web browser, how are you exporting the 3d pdf, i only have the html option.I went to view (menu bar) down to export view, model came out clear, not as clear as a screen shot, but clear enough, plus I didn't have to take the time to make a triangled mesh then save as.
