MY 3DS DESIGNS WONT SELECT WHEN I CLICKED TRANSFORM
I PURCHASED MY CARVECO SOFTWARE THREE WEEKS AGO, AND WHENEVER I AM WORKING WITH A 3DS RELIEF, THE TRANSFORM TAB DOES NOT SELECT IN 3DS. I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO 2DS AND SELECT IT, AND THEN GO BACK TO 3DS. ALSO THE NODE EDITING DOES NOT SELECT IN 3DS AS WELL.
WHAT COULD BE THE CAUSE OF THIS?

Hi Gary,
A support request has been created from this post, and your unique ticket number is #1327. Please follow the instructions given to you in this support request.
For the benefit of the community members reading this topic, please explain exactly what you mean by "3DS relief", "3DS" and "2DS". It is not clear whether you're referring to a Carveco Relief file (*.rlf) or 3D Studio Max file (*.3ds). It seems as though you're trying to describe the 2D View when you use the term "2DS" and the 3D View when you use the term "3DS".
In addition, please attach a screenshot demonstrating your reported issue; relying on written descriptions alone is fraught with issues and causes unnecessary delays in understanding the problem and providing a solution.
Thanks in advance for your time and cooperation.
Hi Gary,
You have Intel HD Graphics 2000 integrated graphics on your computer, which is a discontinued and unsupported product, as documented here.
Please note that the Intel HD Graphics 2000 integrated graphics on your computer is OpenGL 3.1 compliant, as stated here.
Our system requirements for Carveco state that your computer's graphics must be OpenGL 4.0 compliant: What are the system requirements for your software?
Thanks again for your time and cooperation.
Thanks for your reply. I just purchase this computer some months ago on Amazon, not knowing it wasn't compatible for this software. All I have to do is purchase a more upgraded one, to manage this software. As soon as I purchase a new one, I will let you know.
Gary.
