I assume you mean Mike Buckley, and yes, he can make AC & Cc sing.
Hi Barry Yes Mike Buckly is nothing short of AMAZING with Artcam/Carveco. I think the 3 of us started with artcam 4
I was a bit later, I started with 7. I would have started earlier but the fellow who was the local rep at the time was terrible. It wasn't until Scott Ingram took over from him that I bought in. Scott was pretty amazing with AC too but I think Mike B beats him.

You would be mistaken about that, I never attended any of the conferences. Would have been nice to have been there though.
I have been milling like this for years and have had tremendous success any one else do this ..Cast as one piece (join the waxes before cast and the lineup pins line it up perfectly)
I have done split milling but not much success joining in wax. I had someone machine a jig for me I mill 2 sides then rotary. I have not found anything to stick and seal the 2 sides together with out messing up the surface design. Mike what do you use to join and seal them in wax??
