While the Edit Tool dialog's Tool Type list does not include a Diamond Drag Bit when you're adding a new tool to the Tool Database, you can add a Diamond Drag Bit as a Slot Drill instead.
For standard lines, you would create a Profile toolpath with its Along and Selected Vectors options selected. For hatching, you would create a 2D Area Clearance toolpath where the Stepover of the tool dictates the line spacing.

How do we go about compensating for the offset of the knife to the tool?
Is there anyway to retract the blade at sharp corners?
