Jigs I have made

I use an IV bag to drip a lubricant I make with radiator fluid (rust inhibitor) and dish soap, look to the back of the mill you will see clear plastic sheet that protect the screws and guides on the machine. I custom built the cabinet to hold the mill.

My first jigs to set consistent z height the one on the bottom was used whem my mill cutter was powered by a fordom motor.the one above it held the cutter in place while I tightened the chuck. The 3rd was a longer version so it only clamped the tool shaft.

Wax tube holder I could cut 1 ring or as many as the wax could hold. For a full tube cut (all the rings same size) I would add a left over piece of undersized tube to hold the tube stable. next to that a jig that I would put a blank cutter in the hole to set x the put in cutter to set z on shaft. this way I could do 2 side mill the rotary mill a ring

this jig could size a ring tube for one or more rings at a time.

just think out of the box and no machining training at all.
