Biesse postprocessor
We have a Biesse Klevier 1530 GFT. Whenever I run the post processor it creates an ISO file. However, the second tool operation get a feed rate of 0. This means that the Biesse picks up the new tool, homes it, and goes nowhere. So what I have to do is rearrange the tool order, rerun the post processor, look up the VF and F values, then edit the ISO file to enter the correct values. I have tried several Biesse post processors and they all do the same thing. Please help.

Whilst I can’t offer much help, it might be an idea to share a download link to the .iso file and the Carveco Model file (*.art) so someone may be able to look at them both and offer some advice.
Are you sure that this isn’t a setting on the Klevier? Only saying that because these very same posts have been included with ArtCAM for years and I’ve never heard of that problem.
