Relief Cookie Cutter and Angled Plane tool enhancements
There are some things I would love to see in Carveco. I'll number them:
- When using the Cookie Cutter, I would like to see the ability to adjust height on 4 corners.
- The same goes for the Angled Plane tool; instead of 3 points to adjust the height how about 4.
- There has been a wish from me for over 5 years and that would be to have a tool similar to the Angled Plane tool but it would be to add a concave or convex shape. I really like the Angled Plane tool. Maybe adding this functionality to that tool would be fabulous.
These additions would be great because we can now see the shape if it would be pleasing or not.

Shoot! Forgot to say with the control of the heights with some of these tools like the Cookie Cutter maybe add a break to the height so we don't grab the red arrow and adjust the height when we just want to move the clipart. It's frustrating when that happens so some type of stopage so we don't make a booboo.

here's a link for one of the features I would like to see implemented, hope i didn't screw it up (the idea i am after, where we can chose point out in the work area somewhere where we can see what the model would look like if we did this or that. I have been hungry for something like this for many years I think it was Jen that helped me when I called about it.

here's another video for a wish for 2 feature requests for the cookie cutter tool, one would be to lock the "Z" and the other would to add 4 corner height control so we don't have to paste these each of these to an individual layer to angle them so one side is higher then the other, maybe even add a control to give a convex or concave shape also.

In this video you can see the benefit of having 4 control points for adjustments. I am hopping these are beneficial in getting my points across, they would help in time and frustration if we forget heights we had before moving location of points, granted these are all done in Artcam 2015 but the same problem, or desire is in Carveco that I have on another machine, am hopping that with me using artcam it will not be any distraction.

I suggest you get a copy of PhotoShop, your desire to control heights expressed above is easy to do there. Here is a link to a youtube video I did a while back. My desire to hold the cookie cutter from changing height is what I am striving for, I have in times past brought in finished flowers only to forget the height then go to move it only to completely screw it up because I am running when I should be walking (got to get this done before), if there was some kind of stop in the tool we could control the "Z" from changing until we are ready.
I liked your video, cleared a lot of questions up that I have had for many years in regard to photoshop, just haven't had the time to seek answers, too busy.

I've been meaning to put a photo of completed model, would have liked to put the model here so you all can see the way i do some of my models, but I haven't a clue how to do that.

Am wondering if this will ever be entertained as a possible improvement??
Am real desirous of it coming before I do a final retirement and will no longer purchase an upgrade??
This possibility is coming sooner than I like or desire.

Just a quick question, I haven't upgraded in a while, but would love to and would if this enhancement has been added, I have looked at the notes but I haven't seen these added but I could have just skimmed through without noticing.

Unfortunately, there have been no enhancements to either the Relief Cookie Cutter tool or Create Angled Plane tool.
