Toolpath optimization for production
I have a friend that does alot of production work. Lets say for example he cuts 50 pieces out of 1 sheet each piece uses the same bit but has 3-4-5 different cuts per pieces. He would like to know if there's a way for him to cut 1 full piece at a time before moving to the next with going in and creating several different toolpaths.
He basically wants the CNC to completely finish 1 pieces before moving on the the next.
Thoughts..
Thanks

Bill,
What's he wanting to cut, cut-out??
Sometimes it is faster to line everything up and just let the router do it's work of roughing then finishing if he were to cut out models, if he were cutting flat stock and had vacuum then cutting all the parts out would be best if his pump could handle the air loss.
Your question is an open air one and needs some clarification, that's why I asked what's he cutting and why does he want to cut one piece at a time (this isn't a productive way of doing things).
I have a friend who has tried to stack flat stock (wasn't to successful), you or he could always experiment to find out the fastest and the best way of doing things.
He can always do one at a time put a timer on it then do another etc-era, then do it again cutting out the same number with one toolpath you'll, or he will find out which one was better.
