old man slow learner
Ok, this is going to sound weird. What i want to understand is the use of vector layers, and how you can apply vectors to reliefs. I've followed the training videos, so I get HOW to do these things. And on a basic level I understand the concepts. But when it comes to applying these to my projects, I guess I still don't fully comprehend The WHAT and WHY of it all. and then i get confused on the how...Are there any other videos besides here and James dean, or better yet, anyone I can actually talk to about some of these things? The problem isn't with the videos, they're good. The problem is in the way i process information. I need not only to see the design side....i need to see examples of these steps being run, what they do, what it looks like. Does that make sense? To see the practical machining side, or someone i can communicate directly o? Thx for your patience

Collin,
Which part of Carveco do you have? If you have the Pro or Maker Plus or Maker.
First if you have anything but the Pro I'll have to install them before I respond in anyway so I don't sound like a low life (not knowing what's really going on).
Once I know I can answer the question you may have.
I have the Pro and have worked in it for a few days.
