Is machining time summary for finishing pass wrong?
Hello my summary say's it's 00:01:39 according to the other post I read it comes out to 1 minuet 39 seconds for my finishing program.
The roughing say's 00:23:45 are they backwards

Depends on what you are doing.
For the most part since I cut wood and plastic, very seldom anything else I stopped doing the roughing (I'd still do it on aluminum) I just change the size of my "Z" plate and cut with a larger ball end, the reason in being it saved me a lot of time.
In doing the rough it takes multitude of layered cuts so this is what attributes to the time, the finish just drops to the lowest "Z" then goes on it merry way saving time like mad.
What you described is a little off though, but then I don't know what you're doing. The calculations are rough in the software, on my router I hog the stuff out rather aggressively (this is for the finish with the larger ball) and it's control software gives me a very good guess.
