new computer
My computer's hard drive went bad therefor I got a new computer ,the old one will not boot up so I can't deactivate the old software. I need a copy of Maker software so I can get on with my work.. I have the key and the code for the Maker software on my old computer. Stumped !!

but the straight thing you really need to ask support for help, the whole thing is you need to find some way to uninstall Carveco from your old computer there are a few things you can do if it will not start one worked for me (was a little thick) I put the old hard drive in to a new computer and some how I was able to get rid of the software, what ever I did worked.
Support will guide you and they are great people, but are rather busy.
