1/2" holes with a 1/4" bit
I'm using Carveco Maker and trying to make 0.5" holes in a board with a 0.25" bit. Whichever toolpath I pick ...clearance, profile or drilling I get an error. Vectors either overlap or intersect. Drilling just makes a 0.25" hole.
Do I need to make the holes just slightly bigger, 0.5001? I'm guessing that 0.5 - 0.25 - 0.25 = 0 where the path will overlap on the center point.
