The relief is the 3D part of your model, which is displayed in the yellow/gold colour within the 3D View. The Whole Relief option, which is available to select when creating a Machine Relief toolpath in Carveco Maker, should be chosen when you intend to create a toolpath which covers the entire area of the 3D relief within your model. The Selected Vectors option is self-explanatory; the toolpath is based on the vector artwork which you currently have selected in the view.
