TPM7002 Post Processor error

Hi

Carveco maker

I am getting this error every time then trying to save a toolpath to gcode file.

Brand new laptop with Win 11 Ryzen9+3060

Had no issues on Win 10 pro on old laptop and desktop.

Have reinstalled Carveco - windows and Carveco maker is updated.

Where could be the problem?

Thanks

Aleks

  • Hi Alex Polo,

Your reported issue with saving toolpaths is typically encountered where a Windows user account does not have Administrator rights. Complete these steps to confirm whether your Windows user account has Administrator rights:

    1. Hold down the Windows key and press the I key on your keyboard. The Settings panel is displayed.
    2. Click the Accounts option. The Your Info page is displayed.
    3. Under your account name, ensure that Administrator is displayed.

Please try completing the following steps and confirm your results:

    1. Shut down all sessions of Carveco Maker currently running on your computer.
    2. Right-click the Carveco icon on your computer's Desktop, then select the Properties menu option. The Carveco Properties dialog is displayed.
    3. Click the Compatibility tab.
    4. In the Settings area, select the Run this program as an administrator check box.
    5. Click Apply.
    6. Click OK
    7. Start Carveco Maker.
    8. Open the model which includes your calculated toolpaths.
    9. Save your toolpaths using your preferred post processor option.

Thanks for your time and cooperation.

  • Thanks for responding.

Have done all steps above - but no luck - same error pops up still. (((

  • Hi Alex Polo,

We'd be happy to schedule a TeamViewer session to investigate your reported issue at a mutually convenient time. However, we have no record of the email address you've used when creating your Help Centre account in our customer database. Please submit a Support Request from your registered email address, which you can confirm by selecting the Help > About Carveco menu option in your Carveco Maker software.

Thanks again for your time and cooperation.
