How do I renew my maintenance plan?

A maintenance plan affords customers with either a perpetual Carveco or Carveco Maker+ software license access to priority support and to all software updates released for as long as their maintenance plan remains active.

When a maintenance plan expires, while you do not lose use of your software, you lose access to future software updates and to priority support.

  Note

To confirm your maintenance plan renewal date, select the Help > About Carveco menu option in your Carveco or Carveco Maker+ software. This information is included in the displayed About box.

If you purchased your perpetual Carveco or Carveco Maker+ software license through:

  • our Sales team, please contact them directly by email at sales@carveco.com to discuss your maintenance plan renewal.
  • one of our Sales Partners or Resellers, please contact them directly to discuss your maintenance plan renewal.

Each perpetual license for Carveco or Carveco Maker+ includes a twelve-month maintenance plan. Shortly before a license's maintenance plan expires (and thereafter when a new software update is released while the maintenance plan remains expired), a notification message is shown within the software reminding you to renew.

If you originally bought your perpetual license from our online store, you can purchase a twelve-month maintenance plan extension for:

  • one perpetual Carveco software license here.
  • one perpetual Carveco Maker+ software license here.

Once you've completed your purchase of a twelve-month maintenance plan extension from our online store, please submit a Support Request to confirm this so that we can then adjust the duration of the maintenance plan associated with your software license.

If you own more than one perpetual Carveco or Carveco Maker+ software license, you must purchase a separate twelve-month maintenance plan extension for each of your licenses.
