How is your software delivered?

How your Carveco software is delivered depends on where it has been purchased from and when.

I purchased directly from a sales agent/partner/reseller

When purchasing directly from a sales agent, partner or reseller:

• before July 27th 2022, a unique download link to the latest installer and your license key was included in the Carveco license email sent from noreply@sendowl.com to the email address specified during your purchase. This included a unique order number in the subject heading. For example, CD51222.
• after July 27th 2022, a Carveco software license is assigned to the Carveco account which you were invited to create by email from welcome@carveco.com. Installers are downloaded from the Downloads page of your account console, while your license is:
  • viewed from the Licenses page of your account console.
  • selected when activating your software on a computer.

I purchased from your online store

When purchasing Carveco software from our online store, with or without a redemption code provided by a machine supplier, a download link to the latest Carveco software installer is included in:

• the Carveco license email sent from noreply@sendowl.com to the email address specified during your purchase. This includes a unique order number in the subject heading. For example, US-CS51222.
• the order confirmation details displayed on completion of checkout in our online store.

The Carveco software installer is delivered by secure-download through our fulfilment partner, SendOwl.

To download the Carveco software installer from your order confirmation:

1. Click Click here to download your digital goods:
   

   

2. Click Download.

   

To download the latest Carveco software installer from your Carveco license email:

1. Open the Carveco license email sent from noreply@sendowl.com including your reference number in the subject heading. For example, US-CS51222.
2. In your email, click Download Your Software. A File Download page is displayed, including the product name, your license key and a Download button.
3. Click Download.
