Yes, and right now, whatever speed is set (just one per tool), that's represented by just the one call, for example S10000M3 This will bring the spindle to full speed right away, and on a low end...

I have a generic 3018 router, but I replaced the 10k spindle with a newer 20k spindle. To avoid damaging the motherboard, they recommend ramping the speed of the spindle, something like M3 S1000G4 ...
