This does appear to be it. Inner Diameter (d) is the flat bit, which has a diameter of 0.25". This seems to render correctly. Hopefully it machines correctly too (don't see why it wouldn't).

Now that I think about it, maybe inner diameter (d) is the flat bit - which would also be 0.25". I'll try that next time I'm on my laptop.

I managed to fix the problem by increasing the tolerance in Vector Doctor until it showed me errors, and I was eventually able to fix them all and get a successful tool path. I'm new to Carveco, so...
