I am bringing in a 3D model that comes in vertical. Basically, the figure is standing up. I need it to lie horizontally. How do I rotate it so that it can?

On one laptop with the latest version downloaded. I can start a new job where the background is grey. On the other laptop with the newest version I can't. How do I change that
