simulation/toolpaths
Hi,
Have been trying to figure out my problem. I opened an old model that I did about a year ago. Picture shows my model quality. Same tools, same toolpaths I presently use. Did a simulation on it, nice quality. Not like the results I posted yesterday. Figured it might be a computer problem, but this shows that it must be something else:

Hi William Grix,
In your FRANK.art model file, when creating your Machine Relief toolpath, you've specified a Tolerance value of 0.001" in the Finishing Options settings. This explains why you do not encounter the same results as shown here in your turtle master.art model file.

Been using the program since the ArtCAM days and never even touched the Tolerance box. Don't know how it was changed. Thanks for your input. It solved my problem.
